Stigma
The stigma is the part of the flower which receives the pollen. It is part of the pistil and secretes a sticky substance that the pollen will adhere to. Stigmas of insect pollinated flowers are adapted to the type of insect which pollinates it while stigmas of wind pollinated flowers tend to be feathery in shape and adapted to catching the pollen.
